摘　　要： 政治民主与政治稳定是政治发展中的两个重要目标。政治学家们围绕着二者的关系进行着长期的理论探讨。其观点大致可划分为并存理论、冲突理论和调和理论。在对此冷静审视的基础上 ,发展中国家要立足于国情 。 Political democracy and political stabilization are two important goals of political development. Politicans have discussed fully on the relationship between these two factors for a long time. There are three main viewpoint. Compatibility theory, opposition theory and mediation theory. Throng examining them closely, we should be in pursuit of political democracy as weel as political stabilization bazed on national conditions.
