摘 要: 以山梨醇和单体A为原料,在催化剂的作用下,合成了JS-1聚丙烯透明剂,通过FT-IR,1HNMR,MS分析,发现其结构与日本的NC-4相似,讨论了合成反应的最佳条件,结果表明:n(A)∶n(山梨醇)=(2 0~2 3)∶1 0,反应温度为70℃左右,反应时间为4h的条件下,合成的JS-1透明剂产率最高,比较了JS-1与NC-4对透明性能的影响,发现两者性能基本相当。 JS-1 Polypropylene was prepared by the reaction of sorbitol with monomer A under special catalyst.Its structure was studied by FT-IR,HNMR and MS.It was found that JS-1 was almost the same as Japan NC-4 in structure.The optimal synthetic conditions of JS-1 were studied.At mole ratio n(monomer A)∶n(sorbitol)= (20~23)∶10 and reacting at 70 ℃ for 4 h,the highest yield of JS-1 was attained.JS-1 is an excellent nucleating agent which improved the clarity of polypropylene and is comparable to NC-4.
