摘　　要： 采用文献资料等研究方法。阐述了奥林匹克知识产权的概念及法律保护的重大意义,从法学角度探讨了中国奥林匹克知识产权的主体、客体、特征、权利、权利归属问题;阐明了奥林匹克标志侵权的特征及其保护途径,并对我国奥运市场运作提出了几点设想。结果表明:维护奥林匹克知识产权的商业价值,既为奥林匹克运动的发展提供了稳定的财政保障,又保护了I0C合法赞助商的权益,还能促使奥林匹克健康地发展。 By literature review and other methods this paper first expounded the concept of the Olympic intellectual property rights and the importance of their legal protection. Next, it had a legal discussion about the subject, object, features, rights and the ownership of the intellectual property rights. Then this paper explained the infringement features of the Olympic symbol and ways to protect it. Finally, some suggestions were put forward as to the operation of the Olympic market. The results showed that the protection of the commercial values of the Olympic intellectual property rights could not only ensure financially the development of the Olympic movement and protect the rights and benefits of the sponsors, but also promote a healthy development of the Olympic movement.
