摘　　要： 文章从货运信息网应具有的功能出发,提出了货运信息网建设方案,包括设计技术、目录结构、链接结构和Web数据库的实现。 The paper discusses a construction scheme on information Web of freight transportation, including design technology,catalogue construction,joint construction. Meanwhile,the paper also points out that Web data base is the key to the question.
