摘　　要： 运用居住满意度理论,采用问卷调查和深入访谈相结合的方法对郑州城中村改造安置区的居住满意度进行调查,进一步分析影响村民居住满意度的主要因素,提出改进措施,以期对后续的城中村改造项目及村民安置房建设提供借鉴。 In this paper,by using the theory of living satisfaction,the living satisfaction of urban villagers of relocation areas of Zhengzhou is investigated.It analyses the main factors which impact the living satisfaction of urban villagers,and the improvement measures are put forward in order to provide reference for the follow-up projects of the village reconstruction and the relocation housing construction..
