摘　　要： 从管理与警力、监控与设计、通道与边界3大类拟定20个不同的主要指标,构建体育场馆的安全评定体系及方法,以举办亚运足球决赛的天河体育场为例进行实证,进行大型场馆安全设计的量化研究。 Public security of large spor ts events has been taken into account highly. This paper establishes 20 separate main indications in three categories to assess the security of large sports venues, including management and police enforcement, monitoring and design, and passage and accessibility. The study takes Tianhe stadium, the venue for the football finals of the 16 th Asian Games, as an example to test the proposed indicators, and carries out quantitative research of security plan and design for venues.
