摘 要: 首先,分析多个项目群管理的已有定义,在得出项目群管理特点基础上,提出新的定义和分类;其次,说明项目群管理办公室在项目群管理中的协调、控制、支持和评价四大职能和项目群管理成功的关系;最后,分析两种类型的项目群组织架构,指出成功的项目群管理者必须具备的理念和能力。 Firstly,this paper analyzes the existing definitions of multi-programme management,and then,obtains the characteristics of programme management and puts forward the new definition and classification. Secondly,this paper demonstrates the important role of programme management office in programme management,shows the relation between the four main functions of coordination,control,support and appraisal,and the success of programme management. Finally,analyses two types of programme organization structures,demonstrates the concept and capacity that the success of the programme managers must have.
