摘 要: 结合对现有住宅性能评价体系的研究,构建所有者及使用者的态度、既有住宅的状况、环境性能和人文社会属性四个层面9个准则和32个评价指标的既有住宅更新改造潜力评价指标体系;采用改进的层次分析法确定各个评价指标的权重,并建立既有住宅更新改造潜力评价模型,为旧住宅的更新改造提供判别依据。 Combining existing residence performance assessment systems,the four dimensional assessment index system is presented on attributes of residence owners or users' attitude,residential status,environmental performance and humanities and social attributes. An improved analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index,and then modeling an existing residence adaptive reuse potential assessment. This approach provides a new criterion in assessing the old residence reuse potential.
