摘　　要： 运用可拓方法生成可拓策略,并通过评价得到较优的知识转移途径,即优化项目的目标设置,将知识转移绩效纳入项目目标考核范畴,建立与项目作业环境相符的知识管理系统;有组织地进行培训,提高项目间交流的频率,培养项目成员既重视结果也重视过程的价值观;调整项目结构,取消不必要的机构设置,并酌情增设管理机构;加大企业法人对项目统一管理的力度,弱化项目的边界效应,从而更好地促进项目间知识转移。 A relatively optimal approach of knowledge transfer has been reached through a synthetic evaluation, namely that optimizes the basis of project settings, fits the performance of knowledge transfer into the scope of objective check of project, establishes a knowledge management system consistent with the project environment, in-creases the frequency of communication between projects by intensive training, video conferencing and so on, fosters members' values that focus not only on results but also on processes, removes the unnecessary institutional setting through the project structure adjustment, and where appropriate, adding institutions, increasing the intensity of corporate project management to weaken the boundary effect of project, so to better promote knowledge transfer between projects.
