内置钢管加强圆钢管约束钢筋混凝土梁柱角节点轴压性能有限元分析
FEA on axial compression performance of circular tubular confined reinforced concrete beam-column knee joints internally stiffened with steel tube

摘  要: 针对圆钢管约束钢筋混凝土梁柱角节点难以满足"强节点,弱构件"的问题,提出设置节点区内置钢管的加强方案。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行节点轴压试验的模拟,通过与已有试验结果对比,在验证有限元分析方法合理可靠的基础上,建立108个加强节点模型进行轴压性能研究。分析结果表明:以内置钢管加强的圆钢管约束钢筋混凝土梁柱角节点,其轴压承载力接近钢管约束钢筋混凝土短柱,容易实现"强节点,弱杆件"的设计原则;加强节点的轴压承载力随混凝土强度等级、节点区内置钢管壁厚、梁高的增加而增加,随内置钢管开槽高度的增加而减小。根据分析结果提出适用于钢管径厚比不小于50的加强节点轴压承载力计算式,并另建立6个计算模型进行适用性检验,结果表明该计算式与检验模型计算结果吻合较好。 To solve the problem that circular tubular confined reinforced concrete beam-column knee joints usually can not meet the design requirement of ‘strong joint and weak structural members ',a strengthening method,i. e.internally stiffening the joint with steel tube was proposed. Using ABAQUS,a validation study against the result of tests on the joint axial compression performance was conducted. After validation,a finite element study on the axial compression performance of 108 joints stiffened with steel tube was carried out. The results show that the axial compression performance of the reinforced joints is similar to that of circular tubular confined reinforced concrete short columns and the design requirement of ‘strong joint and weak structural members' could be easily met. The bearing capacity of the reinforced joints under compression increases with increasing concrete strength grade,internally placed steel tube thickness within the joint region and the height of beam and decreases with the slot height in the internally placed steel tube. Based on the analysis results,equations for predicting the bearing capacity of the reinforced joints under compression were proposed( D / t ≥ 50). An adaptability examination of additional six reinforced joints was carried out. Good agreement was achieved between the bearing capacity calculated from the proposed equations and that obtained from numerical analysis.
