摘　　要： 本文阐述了高职院校开展生产性实训的内涵和基本特征,介绍了发达国家进行生产性实训的成功经验以及我国目前开展生产性实训的现状和存在的问题。提出了建立统一的生产性实训基地建设标准和寻求多种模式开展生产性实训、建立校中厂等研究对策。 In this paper, the connotation and basic characteristics of higher vocational colleges to carry out productive practice are expounded. The successful experience in productive practice of developed countries and the present situation and existing problems of productive practice in China are introduced. Some countermeasures are put forward, such as to establish unified standard of productive practice base construction, seek a variety of patterns for productive practice, and establish factory in school countermeasures.
