管道阴极保护系统在线监测装置的设计

摘  要: 针对埋地管道防腐蚀阴极保护电位监测的需要,根据在保护电位测量过程中,土壤内的IR压降产生的误差影响最为严重,提出了可以采用瞬间断电法来消除IR降的影响;并研究设计了采用低功耗配置(在野外现场只能采用电池供电)的单片机和A/D转换器及相应的配套电路,监测瞬间断电状态的到来以完成精确保护电位的测量;在进行测量或读取数据时,瞬间断电信号或外接读数器插入信号通过相应电路使单片机复位开始工作,实现外围电路的电源供电以达到最小功耗的需要。该装置在完成瞬间断电法精确测量保护电位及野外长时间低功耗正常运行方面有一定的独创性。 For buried pipeline cathodic protection against corrosion potential monitoring needs, according to the protection potential measurement process, IR drop errors within the soil impact of the most serious effects of proposed method can be used to eliminate the instantaneous power IR drop; and study design using low-power configuration(in the wild live only battery-powered) and microcontroller A / D converter and the corresponding supporting circuitry to monitor the arrival of instant power-off state to complete the protective potential of precise measurement; taking measurements or read data, instantaneous power signal or an external reading device is inserted through the corresponding signal circuit and reset the device to work to achieve a power supply peripheral circuits in order to achieve minimum power consumption needs.
