摘　　要： 顺应慕课时代教育发展的趋势,针对传统教学的优劣势,探索在地方高校实行慕课的教学模式。从实施的原因、实施的制度保障、实施的可行性及实施的具体作法等方面作分析,探索出了符合地方高校的教学模式,即"传+慕"模式。该模式既能发挥慕课的优点,又能发扬传统教学的优良传统。"传+慕"模式在充分利用资源的同时又提高学生参与课堂教学的程度,对提升大学教学质量具有重要意义。 In order to conform to the trend of the development of education in the era of MOOCs and point at the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching modes, the paper explores the MOOCs teaching modes of the local university. By means of the analysis of the reasons of implementation, the system security of implementation, the feasibility of implementation and the concrete practice of implementation, it explores the teaching modes of the local university which is called the ' tradition+MOOCs' mode. The mode not only exerts the advantages of MOOCs, but also carries forward the fine tradition of the traditional teaching of. The 'tradition+MOOCs' makes full use of teaching resources, at the same time, it can improve the students' participation in classroom teaching. It is very important for improving the quality of college teaching.
