摘　　要： 服务地方经济是高职教育的使命,在当今知识经济的大时代,通过专利建设来导航企业,打造自己的自主品牌以提高企业的核心竞争力的理念逐渐在深入企业经营者的脑海中。近些年来苏州地区的专利申请量和授权量的急剧增加彰显出苏州地区需要大量的专利工作人才。本文提出了在高职院校培养知识产权人才的观点,并且提出采取"底层共享、高层独立"的"工、法融和"的培养模式以及基于企业专利建设过程来设置课程体系,以满足地区的创新经济发展对知识产权服务型人才的需要。 It is the mission of higher-level vocational and technical education to serve the local economy. In an era of knowledge economy the idea is gradually engraved in the mind of the enterprise operators that enterprises' core competence should be improved by constructing their own patent and creating their own independent brands. In recent years, the sharp increasing of the number of patent application and grants in Suzhou indicates that there is a great need of personnel in the aspect of patent. An idea is put forward in this paper that Intellectual property talents should be cultivated in Higher-level Vocational Colleges. Besides, the author also suggests that the' harmonious engineering and law' training mode which features 'the underlying share, high-rise independence' and the course system which is designed in accordance with the economic development should be recommended. With all these work done, intellectual property talents are sure to meet the need of the development of the innovational economy.
