摘　　要： 严复的经济伦理思想代表了中国近代功利主义经济伦理的新范式。他对义利关系、经济自由和消费伦理等经济伦理范畴作了探求,提出利己与利人相结合的"两利相利义利合"的观点和"经济自由主义"的经济伦理原则,以及反对"富而不用"的节俭积累消费伦理观,试图以西方经济伦理资源促进中国经济伦理发展的转型,从而对近代中国经济伦理的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。 Yan Fu's economic ethical thought represents a new paradigm of utilitarianist economic ethics in modern China. He explores some economic ethical categories,such as the relationships of righteousness and benefit, economic freedom, consumer morality.He provides the notion of mutual benefits and the principle of economic freedom,and was against the consumption ethics of the unnecessary frugality for mere accumulation.He aims to advance the paradigm shift of Chinese economic ethics with western ethical sources. All of these plays an important role on the development of Chinese economic ethical thoughts.
