回火温度对ZG35Cr2NiMoVTi钢组织性能的影响

摘  要: 研究了回火温度对ZG35Cr2NiMoVTi钢显微组织、硬度、冲击韧性及抗冲击磨料磨损性的影响。结果表明,ZG35Cr2NiMoVTi钢淬火后组织为板条状马氏体和少量残留奥氏体;提高回火温度,可依次得到回火马氏体、回火贝氏体与屈氏体、回火索氏体、回火珠光体;随回火温度提高,ZG35Cr2NiMoVTi钢硬度下降,V型缺口冲击吸收能量先增加,但在400℃时明显下降,随后又随回火温度提高而显著增加,600℃回火时,冲击吸收能量最大,为45 J;随回火温度升高,ZG35Cr2NiMoVTi钢耐磨性逐渐下降,200℃时耐磨性较好,主要磨损机制为疲劳剥落磨损和切削磨损;而600℃回火时的耐磨性最差,主要磨损机制为塑变推碾犁沟与切削磨损。 Effects of tempering temperature on microstructure,hardness,impact toughness and impact-abrasion resistance of ZG35Cr2 NiMoVTi steel were investigated.The results show that the quenched microstructure of ZG35Cr2 NiMoVTi is lath-shaped martensite and retained austenite.When tempering temperature elevated,the microstructure of the steel turns to tempered martensite,tempered bainite and troostite,tempered sorbite and tempered pearlite.With tempering temperature increasing,the hardness of ZG35Cr2 NiMoVTi steel decreases,and the impact absorbing energy with V-notch increases at beginning,but decreases obviously when the tempering temperature reaches 400 ℃,and then increases with temperature increasing again.The maximum impact absorbed energy is 45 J when tempered at 600 ℃.The impact-abrasive wear resistance of ZG35Cr2 NiMoVTi steel has the downward trend with tempering temperature increasing.The impactabrasive wear resistance of the steel is better when tempered at 200 ℃ and the impact-abrasive wear mechanism is mainly fatigue peeling wear and micro-cutting.The lowest impact-abrasive wear resistance is observed when tempered at 600 ℃ and the corresponding impact-abrasive wear mechanism is mainly push ploughing plastic deformation wear and micro-cutting.
