摘 要: 研究了回火温度对不同Mo含量的40CrNi3MoV试验钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢在525℃回火时开始析出M2(C,N)相,在550~575℃回火时M2(C,N)相含量达到峰值。随回火温度的升高,试验钢硬度和强度降低,但塑性和韧性则升高。由于M2(C,N)相的二次硬化作用,将Mo含量从0.43%提高到1.06%后,40CrNi3MoV钢经575℃回火后的抗拉强度可以达到1500 MPa级,同时具有良好的塑性和韧性。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of 40CrNi3MoV steel with different Mo contents after tempered at different temperatures were studied.The results show that carbide M2(C, N) starts to precipitate when tempering at 525℃, and the amount of M2(C, N) reaches the peak value when tempering at the range of 550-575 ℃.With the increase of tempering temperature , the hardness and tensile strength decrease, and toughness and ductility increase.Because of secondary hardening due to carbide M2(C, N), an increase of the Mo content from 0.43%to 1.06%has been tried so as to increase the strength level of the 40CrNi3MoV steel to 1500 MPa, while with good toughness and ductility after tempered at 575 ℃.
