摘 要: 分析了影响图书馆服务质量提高的实质性问题 ,认为图书馆的管理者忽视了“读者第一”的办馆宗旨 ,忽视读者抱怨以及忽视馆员素质的持续提高。 The paper analyzes some practical questions concerning the library service quality, such as the manager's ignorance of the purposes of establishing a library for the sake of readers, ignorance of the complaint of the readers, ignorance of the improvement of the librarians' quality. The author proposes some countermeasures in accordance with the questions.
