摘　　要： 在经济新常态的宏观调控下,经济结构的调整、发展方式的转变和产业优化的进程中,对高职教育的发展产生非常大的冲击。高职教育的发展,以市场需求为导向,以学生专业学习需求为根本,以培养职业岗位能力为最终人才培养目标。本文结合广东松山职业技术学院当前的发展状及现有的困境,浅谈高职院校的发展与挑战。 Under the macroeconomic regulation and control of the new economy, in the process of the adjustment of economic structure, the transformation of development mode and industrial optimization, have a great impact on the development of higher vocational education. The development of higher vocational education takes the market demand as the guidance, takes the student professional study demand as the foundation, and raises the professional post ability as the final talent training goal. This paper combines the current development of Guangdong Songshan Polytechnic College and the existing difficulties, discusses the development and challenges of higher vocational colleges.
