摘　　要： 本文阐述了高校网上党校的建设发展的背景,指出高校网上党校建设的必要性,归纳总结当前高校网上党校面临的困局。通过肇庆学院网上党校建设的实践与探索,破解面临的困局,展现网上党校建设驱动党建创新的做法,指出高校网上党校建设驱动党建创新的路径。 This paper describes the background of construction and development for the online party school, points out the necessity of the construction of online party school in Colleges and universities, summarizes the current difficulties faced by the online party school. Through the practice and exploration of the construction of the online party school in Zhaoqing University, this paper breaks the dilemma, showing the practice of party school construction to drive the innovation of party building, pointing out the path of the construction of the party school on online to drive the innovation of party building.
