摘　　要： 近年来,高校学生组织蓬勃发展,已成为高校校园文化建设的重要载体,对学生的成长成才具有深刻影响。高校学生组织的可持续发展受影响于其学生干事与会员的满意程度,此次本文选择从组织干事的角度出发,利用模糊综合评判法研究高校学生组织干事满意度的主要影响因素,探索提高干事满意度的对策。 In recent years, college students' organizations have become the important carrier of the construction of college campus culture, which also influenced students' growing up. The sustainable development of college students' organizations is affected their officers' and members' satisfaction. Starting from the perspective of organizations' officers, our article chooses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the main factors influencing officers' satisfaction, and then explore the improving countermeasures.
