摘　　要： 当前,中国经济发展进入新常态,大学生就业形势依然严峻,促进大学生就业是高校学生工作的一个重点。本文基于就业力提升的视角,从制作原则、要素设计、格式版式三个方面对高校毕业生求职简历的制作进行了系统地分析和阐述,以期为毕业生提升应聘能力、顺利实现就业提供参考。 Nowadays, as China's economic development coming into the new normal, employment situation for collage students is still grim, and employment promotion is a key point of the student affairs in universities. This paper, based on the perspective of promoting employability and combined with own teaching and service practice, analyzed and expounded the designing of resume for collage graduates as the following four aspects: writing principles, elements designing, styles of design and layout, so as to provide references during in promoting ability to employ and achieving employment smoothly of collage graduates.
