摘 要: 随着日趋严峻的就业形势,大学生的就业压力正在逐渐增大,就业指导,特别是在地方院校学生就业工作中已经显得尤为重要。个性化就业指导以每个学生的就业差异为前提,根据每个人的个性、专业背景、职业目标等差异开展个性化就业指导,最终实现社会化和个性化的和谐统一。本文通过对个性化就业指导的理解,分析了地方院校个性化就业指导工作的现状,在此基础上,结合实际情况,提出了地方院校应该如何构建个性化就业指导模式。 With the employment situation becoming increasingly grim, college students' employment pressure is gradually increased, careers guidance, especially in local colleges' student employment is becoming particularly important. Personalized employment guidance on the premise of each student's employment differences, according to each person's difference in personality, professional background, career goals, etc, to carry out personalized employment guidance, finally realize the harmony of socialization and personalization. In this article, through understanding of personalized vocational guidance, analyzed the status quo of personalized employment guidance work, and on this basis, according to practical situation, put forward the advice for local colleges to build a personalized employment guidance pattern.
