摘　　要： 通过分析将微媒体作为辅导员思政教育载体的必要性,充分分析了微媒体在辅导员思想政治教育工作中的重要地位和作用,并进一步从转变观念充分利用微媒体、建立高效干预机制以及积极组建微媒监控队伍三个方面提出了进一步完善微媒体应用于辅导员思想政治教育的有效路径,以期有效巩固微媒体在辅导员思想政治教育工作中的地位,充分发挥微媒体的重要作用。 Through analysis, takes the micro media as the necessity political education carrier for counselor, fully analyzes the important position and role of micro media in ideological and political education work, further put forward the effective path from three aspects: changing ideas, make full use of micro media establish efficient intervention mechanism, actively make micro media monitoring team, in order to effectively strengthen the media in the counselor position of ideological and political education work, give full play to the important role of the media.
