摘　　要： 意象是客观物象经过创作主体独特的情感活动而创造出来的一种艺术形象。本文以尤金·奥尼尔的戏剧《天边外》为研究对象,解读了剧中"海"、"门"、"窗"等意象的神奇魅力。 Image is a concrete representation that is expressive or evocative of something else. It's the idea hidden in the text, not on the surface. The paper interprets three main images in Beyond the Horizon: sea, doors and windows.
