摘　　要： 随着经济的迅速发展,人们越来越注重健康的生活方式,各个国家的平均寿命都有了较大幅度的增加。中国在人口基数大、平均寿命增长的同时,有力地实施了计划生育政策,在控制了人口迅猛增长的同时也形成了特有的"4-2-1"的家庭构成模式。老年化社会在中国已经是一个刻不容缓的现实问题,如何养老,如何在养老的同时帮助老人建立一个健康的交往人际圈,以期望老人在生理机能逐渐退化的年龄段找回失去的个人最大价值从而实现积极的养老态度,这是亟待解决的社会问题。本文试着从国内外养老机构的分析以及老人养老心态的研究出发,通过以老年人本身生理与心理特征的分析介入老人公寓的交往空间研究,并针对环境对于行为的引导作用进行深入的探讨,希望最后能研究出适合老人公寓的、能引导老人在空间中产生积极交往的更加健全的空间环境设计。 With the rapid development of economy, people more and more healthy way of life, each country's average life expectancy has increased significantly. China's large population base, increasing life expectancy, and effectively implement the family planning policy, as well as to control the rapid population growth has formed unique '4-2-1' family composition mode. Aging society in China has been an urgent practical problem, how to provide for the aged, how the pension at the same time help the old man to build a healthy network of contacts, to expect the old man have been degraded in physiology age retrieving lost personal maximum value so as to realize the endowment of positive attitude, this is a social problem to be solved. This article try to analysis endowment institutions at home and abroad and the research of the elderly mentality, through the analysis of physiological and psychological characteristics in the elderly itself in old people apartment space research of contacts, and on the guiding role of the environment for the behavior, this paper explores the hope finally can develop suitable for old people, can guide the old man have a positive interaction in the space of more robust space environment design.
