摘　　要： 医德医风一直是全社会关注的热点与焦点,党的十八以来,党中央高度重视党风廉政建设,注重以人为本,关注改善民生。医疗卫生事业的改革与发展是改善民生的重要切入点和汇聚点,医德医风是医院的精神品牌,也是精神文明建设的重要内容,医德医风建设不仅关系到医疗卫生事业改革成败,更是关系到构建和谐社会与共建美丽中国梦的大局。 The medical ethics has been the focus of attention of the whole society and, since the 18th CPC National Congress of the party, the CPC central committee attaches great importance to the party to build a clean government, pay attention to people-oriented, pay attention to improve people's livelihood.
