摘　　要： 国防生是我国后备军官的来源,提高国防生的培养质量具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。加强国防生党建工作是提高国防生教育质量的重要途径。本文总结了高校国防生党建工作现状,并针对其中出现的问题,结合国防生党建工作特点提出加强和改进国防生党建工作建议,以期为更进一步做好国防生培养工作提供参考。 The national defense is the source of China's reserve officers, improving the defense training quality has important strategic meaning and realistic meaning.
