摘　　要： 当前,我国高等教育改革与发展已经进入到一个全新的阶段,各个政府也采取了相应的措施来提升师资队伍建设水平。然而,由于各方面的原因,我国地方高校师资队伍建设现状不容乐观,还面临着一些建设困境,比如说,办学特色不显著,已经严重影响到地方高校教育的健康且快速发展。因此,我们应该尽快找到地方高校师资队伍建设的有效出路,从而推动地方高校实现自己的特色化发展。 At present, our country's higher education reform and development has entered into a new stage, the government has taken corresponding measures to enhance the level of teaching staff construction. However, due to various reasons, the present situation in the construction of local university teachers is not optimistic in our country, is also facing some construction difficulties, for example, no significant characteristics, has seriously affected the healthy and rapid development of the local university education. Therefore, we should find the effective way of teachers' team construction in local colleges as soon as possible, thus promoting the development of local colleges and universities to realize their own characteristic.
