摘　　要： 教师信息化领导力是学校信息化领导力的重要组成部分,对学校的信息化发展具有不可忽视的作用。该研究深入分析了教师信息化领导力的内涵,探讨了教师信息化领导力的结构,并在此基础上,从教师观念、教师信息技术应用能力、学校信息化氛围、网络化学习共同体四个方面论述了教师信息化领导力的发展途径。 The teachers' informatization technology leadership is an important part of school information technology leadership, which plays a very significant role on the development of the school informatization. Therefore, this study having deeply analyzed the connotation of teachers' informatization technology leadership, discussed the structure of teachers' informatization technology leadership. And on this basis, it elaborates the way to develop the teachers' informatization technology leadership from the concept of teachers' informatization technology leadership, the teachers' ability of applying information technology, the atmosphere of schools' information and the networked learning community.
