摘 要: 用 0 0 2 ,0 2 0和 2 0 0mg·L-1的赤霉素 (GA3 )处理糙米 ,结果表明 ,在 3种浓度下 ,GA3 处理均能显著提高糙米的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、活力指数、发芽指数和淀粉酶活力 ,最适作用浓度是 0 2 0mg·L-1;GA3 处理能显著提高发芽糙米中淀粉降解量和还原糖、水溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量 ,其中以 0 2 0mg·L-1赤霉素处理的为最高。 Brown rice was treated with gibberellic acid (GA 3) at 0(CK),0 02,0 20 and 2 00 mg·L -1 .The results showed that GA 3 could promote germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index,shoot length and amylase activity.The difference between GA 3 treatment and CK was significant ( P <0 05).Within 0 020 20 mg·L -1 GA 3,the increase of indexes above mentioned was directly proportional to GA 3 concentration.At 0 20 mg·L -1 GA 3,the contents of starch hydrolysis,reducing sugar,soluble protein and free amino acid in germinating brown rice got maximum.
