摘 要: 在微波辐射下,以磷钨酸为催化剂,研究了β-萘酚与甲醇的醚化反应。考察微波输出功率、辐射时间、催化剂用量、酚醇配比对醚化反应的影响,适宜的反应条件为:催化剂用量为反应物质量的4%、酚醇摩尔比1/4、微波输出功率600W、辐射时间6min,β-萘甲醚产率达81 2%。结果表明,微波辐射很好地改善了磷钨酸催化剂的催化性能,在适宜条件下微波辐射法的反应速率是常规加热法的100倍,醚化反应产率增加近一倍。 Phosphotungstic acid was used as the catalyst for preparing methyl β-naphthyl ether under microwave irradiation.The optimum reaction conditions were:mass ratio of catalyst to reactant,4%;mole ratio of methanol to β-naphthol,4/1;microwave power,600 W;microwave irradiation time ,6 min.Yield of methyl β-naphthyl ether was 81 2%.Catalytic performance of phosphotungstic acid was greatly improved under microwave irradiation.The reaction velocity was 100 times faster under microwave irradiation than conventional heating.
