摘　　要： 本文旨在从降低网络应用程序开发的网络通信的复杂性出发 ,设计一个基于多协议、对等交互、网络编程细节透明以及通讯性能良好的网络通讯平台 ;应用面向对象技术 ,具体实现了一个基于 The purpose of this paper is decreasing the complexity of the network communication in the network application development and designing a network communication platform which is based on multi protocal, equal alternation, transparent detail of network programming and excellent communication capability .Applying object oriented technology we carry out a virtual network communication platform based on TCP/IP .
