摘 要: 通过对不依赖空气动力装置 (AIP)排出CO2 气体旋转床水吸收体积传质系数 (KLa)的理论分析及实验研究 ,得到了波纹碟片填料旋转床吸收器KLa的半经验关联模型 ,该模型计算值与实验值相对误差小于2 0 %,可用于实际AIP系统旋转床CO2 吸收器的设计计算 .实验结果表明 ,KLa值与旋转床的转速和气、液流量等操作条件有关 ,当转速从 0r/min升高到 1 0 0 0r/min时 ,KLa值从 0 .0 2s-1增大到 0 .3 Based on the theoretic volumetric mass transfer coefficient ( K L a ) and the experiment investigation of the AIP exhaust gas absorbed by water through Rotating Packed Bed (RPB), the empirical correlation of the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of the RPB CO 2 absorber packed with wave form disk plate was achieved. The correlation model of K L a can be used for the design of the AIP′s RPB CO 2 absorber as the relative error between the calculation and measurement is less than 20?%. All the experiment show that K L a varies with the manipulation, rising from 0.02?s -1 to 0.30?s -1 when the speed of RPB increased from 0?r/min to 1?000?r/min.
