钢管混凝土叠合柱轴压强度试验研究

摘  要: 钢管混凝土(CFST)叠合柱是一种抗震结构的新型结构构件,它是在钢筋混凝土柱中内置钢管混凝土而形成。为了建立钢管混凝土叠合柱的轴压计算公式,进行了18个叠合柱试件的轴压试验。试验参数有:钢管的直径与壁厚、钢管外部混凝土强度等级和箍筋配箍特征值。试验得到了试件破坏过程、轴压力-应变关系曲线。试验结果表明:钢管混凝土叠合柱的轴压强度可由钢管混凝土强度和管外钢筋混凝土强度两部分叠加而成,从而给出了叠合柱的强度计算公式。试验结果同时表明核心钢管混凝土的轴压强度可作为叠合柱的残余强度。 The concrete filled steel tube (CFST) composite column is a newly developed structural element for earthquake resistant buildings.A composite column is a reinforced concrete column with a CFST at its center.In order to establish the axial compressive strength formula for CFST composite columns,axial compressive loading tests of 18 specimens have been carried out.Test parameters were the diameter and thickness of steel tube,the cubic strength of concrete outer of steel tube and the stirrup characteristic value.The failure process,compressive force-strain relationship curves of specimens were obtained.The test results show that the axial compressive strength of the CFST composite column is the sum of that of CFST and that of the reinforced concrete out of steel tube.A formula for calculating the axial compressive strength of the CFST composite columns is proposed.The test results also show that the axial compressive strength of CFST can be taken as the remaining strength of the CFST composite columns.
