摘 要: 对本实验室筛选的苏云金芽孢杆菌 QB-5 1的产酶条件研究表明 :在 p H 7.0的基本培养基中添加2 .0 %的细粉几丁质 ,1 .0 %的蛋白胨 ,2 2 0 r/min3 0℃下培养 72 h,几丁质酶的产量最高 . A stain of bacillus thuringiensis, QB 51,was screened in our laboratory. The study on the synthetic conditions for chitinase showed that the highest yield of chininase was synthesized when QB 51 was cultured for 72 h (220 r/min) in a basic medium (pH 7.0) by adding 2.0% chitin and 1.0% peptone.
