摘 要: 介绍了一种测量非晶晶化激活能的新方法——MTGA法。分别用DSC和MTGA研究了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金的晶化动力学。结果表明。MTGA法不但比DSC法能更加详细反映出晶化动力学和相变的过程,而且用DSC和MTGA测量的α-Fe(si)相的晶化激活能基本一致。 A new method of measuring activation energy of amorphous alloy is introduced in this paper.The crystallization kinetics of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy has been studied by the use of DSC,XRD and MTGA methods. The results show that, for the description of crystallization kinetics and phase transition of amorphous alloy, the MTGA method can provide more details than DSC method. The activation energy of amorphous alloy Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 measured by the use of MTGA and DSC is basically coherent.
