摘 要: 目的 用较简单的方法测定食盐中碘的含量。 方法 试用分光光度法 (波长为 5 90 nm)测定食盐中碘的含量。 结果 在 30 min内测定其吸光度 ,碘浓度在 0 .3~ 1.6 μg/ ml范围内呈线性 ,碘标准曲线的相关系数 r=0 .992 ;5次精密度测定标准偏差 RSDs=0 .4 2 5 % ;加标试验平均回收率 =10 0 .4 %。 结论 试验表明 :分光光度法测定食盐中微量碘酸钾含量的方法简单、快速 。 Objective A method for the determination of micro amounts of potassium iodate in iodized salt by spectrophotometer was reported in this paper. Result The linear range of the method was 0.3 ~ 1.6 μg/ml and r=0.992 ,the average recovery was 100.4 % , the RSDs were 0.425 % (n=5) . Conclusion The method is proved to be simple , rapid and reliable with higher sensitivity and better accuracy , and has been used for determination of potassium iodate in edible salt with satisfactory results.
