摘　　要： 在新的环境下 ,产品开发是企业实现对市场快速响应和产品创新的核心 ,产品开发成功的关键是产品开发的速度与开发的有效性。面向企业经营的设计 (DFB)是解决产品开发有效性的关键技术 ,而制造系统是企业经营与产品之间的桥梁。作者讨论了面向经营的产品设计方法 ,提出了面向经营的制造系统的设计流程和内容 ,对制造系统的结构定义、制造系统的结构设计、制造系统的详细设计进行了阐述 。 In the new environment, product development is the core of product innovation and quickly responsive to the market for the enterprises. The speed and effectiveness of development is the key factor to the success of product development. The design for business is the key technique in achieving the effectiveness of product development. And manufacturing system is the bridge between business and products. The design method of facing business is discussed, and the design flow and content of manufacturing system supporting facing business are pointed out. At the same time, the author also sets forth the construction definition, the construction design and the detailed design of the manufacturing system. So the design flow of manufacturing system facing business is established.
