摘 要: 对稳定生产条件下冰铜吹炼过程耗氧量及全期氧气利用率进行仿真计算。根据Cu ,Fe,S三者的平衡关系 ,仿真计算出吹炼过程的理论耗氧量和全期氧利用率。转炉吹炼全期氧利用率的平均计算值在 93%以上 ,同国外转炉的氧气利用率一致。某些炉次的全期氧气利用率与平均值相差较大 。 The consumption and utilization rate of oxygen for copper matte converting under steady production conditions are simulated. The consumption and utilization rate of oxygen are worked out by the stimulation based on the equilibrium of copper, iron and sulfur in the matte, blister copper and slag. The total utilization rate of oxygen is above 93%, and accordant with the practical data of foreign operation. The bizarre data are caused by the error recording and unsteady operation.
