摘 要: 本文首先介绍了DNA与电极的相互作用、DNA的电化学反应、DNA与过渡金属配合物相互作用的电化学研究及技术,然后重点对过渡金属配合物在DNA的长程电子转移、DNA的电致化学发光标记分析、DNA电化学传感器、DNA损伤与修复等方面应用的研究现状作了归纳和评述。提出了今后研究工作的方向。 The electrochemistry of deoxyribon ucleic acid is booming due to the expectations of the development of elec-trochemical transducer-based devices for its damage and detection of nucleotide sequences.In this article,the recent developments of the interaction between DNA and electrode,the electrochemical reaction of DNA,the electrochemical studies of the inte raction between transition metal co mplexes are first introduced,with e mphasis being placed on the review of the curr ent state of research on the applications of transition metal complexes i n long-distance electron transfer th rough DNA helix,DNA electrochemical sensors,electrogenerated chemil umines-cence labeling analysis and damage r epair of DNA.With these described ab ove as basis,some related suggestio ns are given.
