摘　　要： 该文从“涉外”与“涉外法律关系”的界定和分析入手,对传统涉外民事经济法律关系理论的若干弊端进行了剖析和修正,并对我国加入WTO后涉外经济管理法律关系的地位、涉港澳经济法律关系的性质等迫切需要重新认识的几个问题进行了分析论证。 Starting with defining and analyzing 'foreign-related law' and 'foreign-related legal relationship', this article examines the defects in the traditional theory about foreign-related civil/economic legal relationship and proposes an approach to its modification. Moreover, the author studies several problems that need to be redefined urgently, such as the status of foreign-involved economic administrative legal relationship after China joins WTO and the characteristics of Hong Kong or Macao-involved economic legal relationship, etc.
