摘　　要： 科技中介服务是联系科技和经济的桥梁和纽带,其发展规律和水平衡量了一个地区的科技发展水平和经济的繁荣程度.从科技中介的服务内容和功能两个方面,对其内涵进行了界定,并结合国内外科技中介服务发展状况的比较,以及信息网络技术对科技中介服务的渗透和经济发展趋势的认识,从体制独立化、功能社会化、机构专业化、服务产业化、组织网络化、市场国际化几方面,对我国科技中介服务未来发展的趋势特征进行了探讨. Comparing the developmental conditions of domestic science agencies with the developmental conditions of foreign science agencies, with the knowledge of economic development tendency and the osmosis of information and web technology to science agencies service, we research and analyze the characteristics of the future development tendency of domestic science agencies service from following aspects such as system independence, function socialization, institution specialization, service industrialization, structure network and market interma-tionalization
