摘 要: 网络计划的过程中经常会出现资源费用需求超标的情况,资源和工期相冲突的问题如果得以解决,将对整个项目工程的完工具有重大意义。本文分析了资源平衡的几种类型,并在讨论若干基本平衡技术的基础上提出了一个逆向平衡的算法,最后用一个示例以说明本算法的可行性和有效性。 It is often found that the resources and the expenditures are being insufficient for the requirements of a project in progress if a method of project management, called network planning, is adopted. Obviously, how to resolve the contradiction between resources and time limit is significant to the completion of the project. Some patterns regarding the resources equalization are analyzed and several types of measures that can be used in all patterns are discussed in thie paper. An algorithm based on reverse equalization is put forward, and a simple example is advanced to explain the feasibility and availability of the algorithm.
