摘　　要： 综述采用不同的函数对单螺杆挤出机中熔体混合过程进行描述的研究情况和新的混沌混合的研究进展,以及近几年来利用可视化和可视化技术对聚合物材料在挤出过程中的行为所作的观测和分析研究。指出在新型电磁动态塑化挤出机中,引入挤出加工全过程的振动力场,对熔体的混合起到了较好的促进作用。 The description of the melt mixing process of single-screw extruder with different functions and the new chaos mixing were summarized. Observation and analysis of the change of the polymer material when extruder with vision and vision technology in recently several years were introduced too. The vibration force field introduced into the whole extrusion process plays a positive role in the melt mixing in the novel electromagnetic dynamic plasticating extruder.
