摘 要: 采用二步加料的方式利用原子转移自由基聚合方法 (ATRP) ,合成结构可控的 PBMA- b- PSt嵌段共聚物 ,再通过磺化、离子交换等手段 ,将嵌段共聚物转化为嵌段磺化离聚体。方法简单 ,操作方便 。 A series of well-defined PBMA-b-PSt block copolymers have been synthesized successfully via the sequential contolled radical polymerization( atom transfer radical polymerization, ATRP) of n-butyl methacrylate(BMA) followed styrene(St) in the presence of CuCl, 2,2′-bipyridine and α-bromoethyl propionate. After purification, the resulting block copolymers have been transformed into sulfonated block ionomers easily through the method of sulfonation and ion-exchange. The results of GPC show that the products have narrow molecular weight distribution (<1.5), and the molecular weight of the products can be tailored by changing materials ratio and control the monomer conversion. Finally, the structures of the resulting products were characterized with FT-IR, 1H-NMR, GPC, DSC and WAXRD.
