摘　　要： 以发烟硫酸为催化剂,研究了环己烷羧酸与亚硝气的非均相反应,考察了预混合比、温度、发烟硫酸浓度及反应时间对亚硝化反应选择性和转化率的影响。在适宜的操作条件下,环己烷羧酸单程转化率为22 3%,己内酰胺选择性为83 4%。 A heterogeneous nitrosation of cyclohexanecarboxylic acid and nitrous anhydride was studied using oleum as catalyst Effects of pre-mixing,temperature,concentration of oleum,and reaction time on reaction were investigated Under optimum reaction condition,the conversion of cyclohexanecarboxylic acid reached 22 3%,and the selectivity of caprolactam reached 83 4%
