脉冲电流对GH4169合金拉伸性能及变形行为的影响

摘  要: 将高密度连续脉冲电流引入GH4169合金的拉伸变形过程,研究了不同脉冲电流参数对合金组织结构、拉伸性能及变形行为的影响规律及机制。结果表明,弹性变形过程中,脉冲电流对GH4169合金的变形抗力无明显影响,而在脉冲电流下的塑性变形过程中,合金的拉伸变形抗力显著降低,下降幅度随脉冲电流密度及频率升高呈增加趋势。脉冲电流的纯电效应产生的电子风力,能够降低塑性变形过程中位错运动阻力,促进变形过程中的位错运动,这是脉冲电流降低GH4169合金塑性变形过程中变形抗力、提高合金塑性变形能力的主要原因。 The high intensity pulse current was performed on GH4169 alloy during its tensile deformation. The effect of pulse current on the microstructure, tensile property and deformation behavior was investigated. And the mechanisms were also examined. The results show that the pulse current has no obvious effect on the deformation resistance of the alloy during elastic deformation, while the deformation resistance of the alloy decreases obviously during the plastic deformation under the pulse current and the decreasing extent increases with the increasing density and frequency of the pulse current. The electron-wind-force caused by the pure electric effect of the pulse current can decrease the resistance of dislocation motion and promote the dislocation motion during plastic deformation. This is the main cause for decreasing deformation resistance during the plastic deformation and increasing the plastic deforming ability of the alloy treated by pulse current.
