摘 要: 研究了800℃GH4169镍基变形高温合金在2~8 k V/cm电场下时效处理,以揭示静电场时效处理对合金中溶质原子扩散分布规律的影响。结果表明,随着电场强度的增加,合金中Fe元素分布明显向试样中心部分集中,而Cr元素向合金近电场和远电场表面富集,呈现出中心部分贫化趋势,这种趋势在电场强度达到6 k V/cm时最为明显。 Electrostatic field treatment on GH4169 superalloy was investigated, and the effect mechanism of distributions of solute atoms had been discussed. The result shows that with the increase of the electrostatic field intensity, the tendency that Ferrum atoms were inclined to move to the center of specimen, and Chromium atoms would move to the surfaces of specimen was most obvious at the electrostatic field intensity of 6 k V/cm.
