若干果梅品种类型外、中果皮结构的初步观察与比较

摘  要: 研究了果梅的日本品种“莺宿”、江苏品种“南农1号”和福建的腊梅、桃梅、花点梅、大沛梅及黄梅等品种(或优株,下同)外果皮和中果皮的结构.结果表明,这些品种在表皮毛、腊质层、外表皮细胞、中果皮细胞的大小、形状及胞壁加厚等方面有差别,各具特征,指出采用冷冻切片法研究果梅不同品种外果皮和中果皮的结构特征,可为果梅的加工和种质资源研究提供一定的依据,对发展果梅生产具有现实意义. The structure of exocarp and mesocarp among several Japanese apricot (Prunus mume Sieb et Zucc.) varieties, including Japanese variety 'Oushuku', Nannong No.l, Lamei, Taomei, Huangmei and Dapeimei, were observed and compared by applying the freezing—drying microtomy. The results showed that there were apparent differences of epidermal hair, waxy layer, epidermal cell layers, mesocarp tissue and the size, shape of their cells among various variteies. It is pointed out that the proper basis are provided for both the processing of Japanese apricot fruit and the studying of the germ—plasm resources from the results, which is also of practice significant in Japanese apricot production.
